Whats our specialty?
We source investments UK wide, but see most of our stock fall into either the North-West, University Cities or London. Our speciality is in performing assets i.e. an investment that brings in cashflow from day 1, so our investors know exactly what they're getting into. These investments are generally valued on a yield basis

Investment Funds
We work with a variety of funds, from Real Estate Private Equity funds to Charities in the social housing space. We'll tirelessly supply a funnel of opportunities to these clients, specific to their investment criteria & place huge impetus on building long-term relationships with them
HNWIs & Experienced Investors
From our first conversation we'll identify their strategy and focus to ensure its something we can service. Thereafter, we'll be in regular communication, normally every week, with new deals and opportunities bespoke to them. This includes both UK and Overseas investors.
First-time Investors
We work with Individuals who have little free-time & knowledge but are eager to invest in the property market. From an initial call we'll talk through the different strategies available and help pick one that's perfect for them. From buy-to-let to large portfolios, we'll then provide a completely hands off service to securing them a purchase.
