Callum is from South-East London, having started his professional career in Sales & Business Development until deciding to embark on the world of property. He became a Lettings-negotiator for a recognised Estate agency in Greenwich, working with UK and overseas landlords. Having an all or nothing approach, he then decided to throw himself in the deep end and move to Liverpool so that he could build his own property portfolio & all important network. He became an estate agent there and worked his way up to become a valuer - valuing residential houses and large developments of up to £2million. In working in estate agency he saw a gap in the market for selling investment property, as often Estate agents know very little about basic investment metrics and nuances and consequently, sellers don't achieve the price they want & buyers miss out on fantastic opportunities. And so, Sergeant Property was born. Callum also has his own portfolio & is always on the look-out for more exciting deals.
